At Arabic Gadgets, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we operate using a dropshipping fulfillment model, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is missing parts or accessories mentioned in the listing.

To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind after ordering.
Ordering the wrong product, size, or color by mistake.
Minor differences in color or appearance caused by lighting or screen settings.
Delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.
Refund Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method where applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
